- Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. All merchandise must be returned in new condition (unworn/unwashed) with the original tags attached.
- Any return received with smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor, makeup stains, pet hair, or deodorant will be refused. If your item does not qualify for a return, you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within 30 days the item(s) will be donated to a local woman's shelter.
- Please note: All sales items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be returned.
We are offering exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on your claim.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item/size you are interested in is not in stock when we receive your return, we will process your return and issue you a store credit.
DEFECTIVE / DEMAGED
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be no longer qualify for any store credit or refund. (Damaged items must have tags, be unworn, and unwashed)
- Please include a picture of the defective/damaged area.
